Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule within 5 days of your upcoming appointment in order to receive a deposit refund. Appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes if we have not heard from you. You will need to re-book with another deposit if your appointment is cancelled outside of this policy. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT 616-594-8900 if you’re running late. Thank you.
